    I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Shifas Shaheer , Senior FC at Mothercare Lulu outlet. I was looking for a stroller for our newborn and he went above and beyond to help me, even through WhatsApp. We were able to complete the purchase smoothly via a video call, where he patiently explained all the features of the stroller in detail. He was very courteous, professional, and ensured the entire process was hassle-free. The delivery was quickly arranged through Porter, making the experience even more convenient.
