    I would honestly give more than 5 stars to all the employees at the Mothercare store in Lower Parel’s Phoenix Palladium. The entire team is incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Dhairya, who assisted me with selecting clothes for my baby. His guidance, patience, and understanding made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also had extra baggage, and despite it not being part of his job, he kindly helped me carry it all the way to my parked vehicle without any hesitation. Such gestures truly make a difference. The store has a very calm and comfortable vibe—it truly feels like home while shopping for your kids. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience!
